If you are unsatisfied you can contact us and provide a detailed description of the arrangement and your concern either in the form above or to service@honestflorist.com. If you have a picture of the arrangement, please let us know about it, we will instruct you where to send it. Our Customer Service team will look into your order and work with you on a resolution with our florist.

We apologize if your flowers were not delivered. We will need to research the order and talk to our florist and find out the reason why the order did not get delivered. We can have the flowers delivered the next day if you wish or process the cancellation request. Please enter your concern in the form above or to service@honestflorist.com

The email address you provided may have been incorrect, or check your spam or junk folder it may have been incorrectly filtered there. Contact us via email, or phone and we will review the email address and send another copy of the order.

You can use the form above and choose the option "Change Existing Order" then submit a detail request of the information you would like to change. You can also email service@honestflorist.com or call us to make a change to the delivery information or add an item. If it is for the same day delivery, contact us as soon as possible as it may have already been sent out on delivery.

We are very sorry to hear that you did not receive what you ordered. We will work with our preferred florist to see what happened, and will work on resolving that by having a replacement arrangement sent out if necessary. If the arrangement was similar to what they ordered but some flowers were substituted, our substitution policy states that in order to deliver the order on time we must substitute similar flowers in some cases, keeping the overall look and value of the original item.

By Choosing Express handling we will make every effort to have your order within four hours of the time you placed the order. If it's for the next day, it will be delivered before 1:00 in the recipient's time zone. This expedited service is normally an extra charge of $4.99 - $6.99, but we are offering this express delivery upgrade free of charge. Standard handling fee still applies, we cannot guarantee a specific time.

Here are the differences between the various upgrade options on the site:
* REGULAR: You will receive the floral arrangement as shown on the website.
* DELUXE: Using the same vase, our florist will add more flowers to make the floral arrangement bigger and fuller.
* PREMIUM: In most cases, a larger container will be used filled with more flowers.

All of the arrangements will keep a similar look and feel to the arrangement pictured on our website
